Robert brings over 30 years of expertise in the hospitality industry to his diverse ventures. An honors graduate of DePaul University, Robert’s career is punctuated with an unwavering work ethic, a commitment to excellence, and a deep passion for hospitality. His hands-on experience spans all levels of the industry, having excelled in various roles across restaurant and nightlife operations. Rob’s portfolio includes managing, hosting, marketing, partnering, and consulting for more than 20 restaurant and nightclub brands in South Florida and Chicagoland. Specializing in curating high-end hospitality experiences, he has orchestrated activations for prestigious global events, including the Grammy Awards, the 2018 FIFA World Cup, El Clásico, and Formula 1 Grand Prix race weekends in Monaco, Miami, and Las Vegas. He has spearheaded activation events in the last nine consecutive Super Bowl since 2017, creating immersive, location-tailored experiences for the world’s biggest brands.

Robert's ability to blend luxury with entertainment has made him a sought-after collaborator for premier sports and entertainment events events such as the Cannes Film Festival, Stanley Cup Finals, and NBA Finals. His strategic approach ensures elevated guest engagement and enhanced brand visibility on sport and entertainment’s biggest stages. Currently residing in Miami Beach, Robert serves as the Executive Director of VIP Services for 11 USA Group, overseeing the world-renowned 24-hour ultra-nightclub, E11EVEN Miami, a position he has held since its launch in 2014. He is also an operating partner at VITOLO, a highly popular Italian restaurant concept in the Conrad Hotel Fort Lauderdale Beach. Known for his innovative marketing strategies, operational expertise, and close relationships with leading figures in music, film, sports, and media, Robert continues to be a driving force in the evolving hospitality landscape.
